Footwear Development Commercial Engineer

Our client, a leading 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲, is looking for a Footware Product Development Specialist to support footwear development, commercialization, costing, and production excellence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▫️ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Footwear Development / Commercialization. ▫️ Engineering background, ideally Industrial Engineering / Footwear / Production. ▫️ Experience in Product Development, Costing & Production Process Improvement. ▫️ Strong understanding of Footwear Manufacturing, Technical Validation & Quality. ▫️ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ▫️ Fluent in English and willing to be based in Madiun. ▫️ Passionate about Sports & Footwear is a strong advantage.
