System Analyst

Exp. 1-3 Yrs.

• Translate BA stories and acceptance criteria into actionable technical tasks.
• Ensure alignment with C4 Model Level 2–3 (Container & Component Diagrams).
• Ensure compliance with Arc42 Section 5 (Building Block View).
• Identify data dependencies between systems.
• Define data transformation and mapping requirements.
• Document data synchronization and change triggers.
• Analyze integration points between applications and databases.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define user journey and screen navigation flow.
• Validate the technical feasibility of screen flows and business processes.
• Identify and document data dependencies for UI components.
• Ensure backend services support front-end requirements.
• Participate in sprint grooming and effort estimation sessions.
• Break down user stories into technical subtasks.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams on solution design.
• Support NFR definition, performance testing, and API contract design.
• Maintain architecture and technical documentation.
• Update Arc42 documentation (Runtime View, Cross-Cutting Concepts, ADRs).
• Update C4 Model Level 2–3 diagrams.
• Ensure technical documents remain current throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field C4 Model Diagrams - Create and maintain Container Diagrams. API Specifications - Create and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation. Arc42 Documentation - Building Block View (Section 5). Runtime View (Section 6). Technical Debt Management - Maintain the Technical Debt Register. Technical Stories & Spikes - Create detailed technical tasks and development subtasks.
