Job Summary A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality control, and coordinating effectively between workers and management. Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets specified standards and requirements Coordinate communication and workflow between construction workers and management teams to optimize efficiency To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
