SMT PE Engineer

1. Control SMT processes (Printing, Placement, Reflow)
2. Troubleshoot defects (bridging, tombstone, misalignment)
3. Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements

Improve yield and reduce defect rate

1. Support NPI and trial runs
2. Monitor SMT machines (SPI, AOI, Pick & Place, Reflow)
3. Prepare WI / SOP and support audits

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 2+ years experience in SMT / Electronics manufacturing Knowledge of SMT process and defect analysis Familiar with SMT machines and inspection systems Good Excel and English skill (Chinese is a plus)
