Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. Portage Point Partners is seeking a Vice President, Financial Due Diligence (FDD)to join its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) India team. This Vice President will lead buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence engagements for U.S. and global private equity firms, corporates and lenders. This role requires deep FDD exposure across sectors, strong analytical leadership and an ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation U.S. deal environment. Responsibilities Lead and execute FDD engagements including Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital analysis, revenue / EBITDA analysis and cash flow reviews

Manage carve-outs, synergy assessments and integration reviews

Deliver high-quality work products aligned with U.S. standards

Work directly with senior U.S. deal teams on high-impact transactions

Act as primary contact for US-based engagement teams and clients

Present findings to senior stakeholders effectively

Contribute to building Triple P India presence, frameworks and best practices

Collaborate with U.S. engagement teams and participate in client discussions when required

Work on multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high quality and responsiveness

Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and junior team members

Contribute to developing best practices, knowledge sharing and India team processes

Support business development efforts including research, pitch materials and thought leadership

Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program required; CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification preferred

Six to eight years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory

Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon

Strong exposure to U.S. transactions, private equity clients and U.S. GAAP

Sector‑agnostic experience across SaaS, healthcare, consumer, industrials or financial services

Ability to lead teams and deliver under tight timelines

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills

Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams

High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset

Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environment
