Social Media Manager [English Speaker]

Manage, adapt, and publish social media content for English-speaking audiences across multiple platforms. Localize content from provided master videos, texts, and content guidelines into engaging English content. Create captions, subtitles, titles, hooks, thumbnails, stories, and short-form video content. Adapt tone, messaging, and wording for international English-speaking audiences. Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across social media channels. Ensure all content is professional, clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions. Support customer communication through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Live Chat (Crisp). Track content performance and engagement metrics. Prepare basic performance reports and identify top-performing content. Recommend content improvements and opportunities to increase audience engagement. Support the growth of English social media channels and enhance brand visibility in international markets.

Excellent English writing skills, preferably native-level Strong understanding of international English-speaking audiences Experience managing social media channels Experience with multiple social channels and willingness to learn new tools and platforms Ability to create English captions, subtitles, hooks, stories and thumbnails Basic video editing skills for Reels, Shorts and TikTok-style videos Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar Good sense for professional, clean and trustworthy content Ability to adapt content naturally instead of translating word by word Reliable, organized and able to follow a weekly publishing schedule Ability to track views, engagement, comments, clicks and other basic performance numbers
