Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will join a dedicated team that supports adults who have a range of complex needs, including autism, epilepsy and learning disabilities. You will support individuals with day to day living within their home and with activities out in the community. You will encourage people to make choices, to express themselves, to live as independently as possible and run their own lives as far as they are able or wish to.

Requirements for this position are:

• Previous experience with adults with disabilities
• Willingness to travel to a variety of locations within the Southend, Leigh-On-Sea, Westcliff and Rayleigh areas
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Hold a clean full UK driving license and own a car with business insurance
• 20 hours per week - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
