We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Operational Controlling Analytics for a period of 6 months at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Tasks

Supporting the implementation of quantitative and qualitative analyses in order to develop insights together with the Operations & Logistics Team that offer the greatest possible benefit for PHOENIX

Collaboration in the area of data quality and completeness

Maintaining and further developing existing PowerBI reports

Preparation or upgrading of ad-hoc analyses to answer important business questions

Supporting collaboration with business partners to ensure the provision and appropriate analysis of relevant data

Preparing presentations for internal monthly reporting

Regular coordination with internal stakeholders as part of key administrative processes

Profile

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s (Preferred) program in the field of computer science, IT, business administration, finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, statistics or comparable training

First relevant professional experience is an advantage

Ability to prioritize complex projects and motivate yourself independently while meeting precise deadlines and targets

Confident, enthusiastic demeanour with a can-do attitude

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerBI) and SQL Server Management Studio

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and reporting at all levels
