SAP Application Specialist (MNC)

Responsibilities Support users on business applications and systems. Troubleshoot system issues and follow up with vendors when needed. Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions. Gather user feedback and support system improvements. Assist with system testing, implementation and user training. Prepare reports and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. Support basic data extraction and SQL queries. Maintain system guides, records and project documents. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.
