About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer development across the Asia-Pacific region, covering Southeast Asia, South Asia and East Asia (excluding China) .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and market strategies for industrial fans and steam compressors across APAC.
• Support regional marketing and promotional activities.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Monitor industry developments, customer needs and market trends to support business and product planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong sales experience within the industrial fan / blower industry .
• Strong business development and customer management skills.
• Willing to travel to China when required (approximately once a month to once a quarter, depending on seniority).
