PVD Equipment Engineer

Summary: To ensure equipment performance by maintaining and problem solving(troubleshooting). To improve equipment reliability to identify and resolve equipment issues,implement preventive maintenance and upgrades. Able to collaborate with production team to ensure meets production requirements Responsibilities Perform line sustaining job function on set-up, conversion and equipment repair to support production loading. Develop creative and innovative solutions to problems with considerable initiatives and independent thoughts. Communicate with Associate Engineers / Technical Specialist and external vendors to resolve problems. Proactively identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost. In-charge of metallization equipment and process knowledge is preferred. All aspect of Thin Film (EWLB and WLB) Requirement : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science,Chemical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus onwafer-level packaging processes such as EWLB. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments(DOE). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and able to lead a team.
