ASSISTANT HR MANAGER (COMP & BEN) - CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.

Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Drive employer branding, recruitment efficiency and HR metrics.

Oversee HR operations, work passes, onboarding, benefits, engagement and employee relations.

Develop HR policies, SOPs and coach HR team members.

Requirement Degree in HR, Business or related preferred

At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations & process

End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding and reporting.

Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage
