Retail Store Supervisor

Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Train new employees and prepare schedule and DTR.

Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.

Required to attend meetings, events, training.

Ensure that all reports needed are submitted on time.

Ensure all inquiries in-store and online are attended quickly.

Ensure good merchandise display at all times.

Create promotions for aging and current items continuously.

Coaching the staff and ensuring that all concerns and feedback are raised to the Store Manager and resolved.

Bachelor's degree graduate or Associate graduate in any IT/ Business related course.

With 2–3 years of experience as a Branch/Store Supervisor.

Preferably with exposure in an IT retail store.

Amenable to work in SM Megamall.

Can start immediately.
