Quantity Surveyor (Junior/Senior Positions)

Take-off quantity for tender & on-going projects

Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information

Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents

Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc

Other duties assigned by Contract Manager

Requirements

3 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore

Preferably with experience in handling Commercial / HDB / HIP projects

Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
