Bartender

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bartender to join our high-end cocktail bar in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a refined sense of hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to the highest standards

Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests

Maintain consistency, precision, and creativity in cocktail execution

Engage with guests, explain cocktail concepts, ingredients, and flavor profiles

Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Manage mise en place before service and closing procedures after service

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

Work collaboratively with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service

Uphold the brand image and values of a premium cocktail establishment

Required Skills & Qualities: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques

Excellent understanding of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and bar ingredients

Ability to execute drinks with precision, speed, and consistency

Strong attention to detail in presentation and taste

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
