We're building a new Demand Planning Centerof Excellence to strengthen forecasting capabilities across Nutreco's global operations. As one of the first hires in this team, you'll help shape forecasting standards, drive data-driven decision-making, and improve forecast performance across a diverse global portfolio. If you enjoy solving complex analytical challenges and building new capabilities from the ground up, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining statistical forecasting capabilities for Nutreco's global businesses. Leveraging advanced analytics, forecasting models, and data-driven insights, you will help improve forecast accuracy while supporting our broader supply chain transformation agenda.

You will:

• Own and continuously improve the statistical forecast for your portfolio by reviewing system-generated outputs, resolving exceptions, and collaborating closely with OpCo teams, CoE , and external partners to ensure accuracy and reliability across the full planning horizon
• Build trust and adoption of statistical forecasts by clearly communicating insights to OpCo stakeholders and minimizing unnecessary overrides
• Leverage data-driven insights to strengthen forecasting accuracy and efficiency within Infor Demand Forecasting tool.
