Manage and offer administrative support to order desk sales and supply chain functions in the territory. Responsible for Parts Demand Planning and Forecasting. Oversee warehouse operations bonded and non-Bonded with outsource Warehouse facility Responsible for setup and management of VMI agreement with Customers Coordinate Freight / 3PL for local and international deliveries. Ensure compliance with customs, import and export requirements. Manage ERP implementations parts module accuracy – pricing, bin locations etc. Manage Backorder and expedite critical Parts for customers Support dealer parts inquiries and orders with NIL. Coordinate all logistics and delivery to customer Mine sites Responsible for parts account receivable to customers. Support in Supplier quality issues and claim handling. Responsible for processing and issuing parts order confirmations with NIL.
