Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree from all majors.
• Experienced in sales within the education industry, and thrives when working under tight targets.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets and able to use them neatly, effectively, and efficiently, and enjoys analyzing data.
• Preferably has good Korean language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Highly interested in Korean culture or Korean updated trend is a plus.
• Tech-savvy, with a high level of curiosity to learn new things, especially those related to the use of digital technology.
• Have growth mindset, strong problem solving skills, and focus on goals.
• Has a high sense of empathy. Able to position oneself and adapt communication style with prospective students of various ages.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Fast response in online communication, such as replying to messages or answering questions from customers.
