Develop and implement the company's supplier ethics and social compliance program.

Conduct ethical and social compliance assessments and audits of farm suppliers.

Verify suppliers' compliance with the company's Supplier Code of Conduct, labor laws, and applicable standards.

Ensure suppliers provide fair wages, reasonable working hours, safe working conditions, and prohibit child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and harassment.

Identify non-compliance issues and work with suppliers to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

Build strong relationships with suppliers to promote ethical business practices and continuous improvement.

Monitor supplier performance through audits, site visits, and compliance reviews.

Maintain accurate records of supplier assessments, audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance status.

Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, HSE, Legal, and Farm Operations to address supplier compliance issues.

Provide guidance and training to suppliers on ethical sourcing requirements and labor standards.

Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on supplier compliance performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Stay informed about changes in labor legislation, ethical sourcing requirements, and industry best practices.

Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources.

2–5 years of experience in supplier evaluation, social compliance, sustainability, auditing.

English Advanced.

Microsoft Office Applications and reporting Tools.
