Your Role in Our Mission As the Product Manager in FNmarkets, you will define and drive the product vision for our trading and brokerage ecosystem, ensuring seamless experiences across client-facing platforms and internal operations. By aligning user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact fintech products that strengthen our competitive edge.
How You’ll Make an Impact Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned product areas
Align product initiatives with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities
Identify growth opportunities through structured discovery and user research
Product Execution & Delivery Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure high-quality, on-time releases
Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across operations and support teams
Performance & Compliance Define product success metrics and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback
Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in all product developments
What You Bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech environments
Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs, database structures, and system architecture
Experience applying data-driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE, Kano, or similar
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Your X-Factor Demonstrated success launching and scaling trading or brokerage products in competitive fintech environments
Strong commercial acumen — balancing user experience, regulatory requirements, and revenue impact
Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable product outcomes in high-growth settings
