About the company

NewPath Executives is conducting a confidential search for a global director of digital marketing for a leading CMA Category 1 regulated financial services firm headquartered in the UAE. Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a senior global appointment with ownership of digital acquisition, performance marketing, and commercial growth across FX/CFDs and crypto.

The business already has a strong marketing platform and is investing significantly in its next phase of international growth.

Your tasks

You will own the global digital acquisition strategy and budget, covering:

• Paid media and performance marketing
• Affiliate and digital partnerships
• Mobile/app acquisition and growth
• AI-led optimisation and automation
• Conversion across KYC, funding, and first trade
• Retention, trading activity, volume, and revenue
• International expansion, including key Asian markets

Requirements

Who we're looking for Candidates must have senior digital/performance marketing experience within an FX/CFD brokerage and meaningful crypto exchange experience.

You should also have

• Experience managing significant digital acquisition budgets
• Proven international performance marketing experience
• Previous responsibility for Asian markets
• A track record of successfully scaling a trading, investment, or crypto mobile app
• Strong commercial understanding of the full client acquisition funnel — not simply brand marketing
