ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Data Integration Solutions Engineer you will design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in connecting systems, applications, and data flows to support business agility and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Design integration solutions using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead the implementation of integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Azure Integration Services).
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical designs.
- Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, EDA).
- Hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, Kafka).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid integration scenarios.
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.
