About the role

NCS Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer professional to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Engineer consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our network, cloud, and software testing solutions. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented group of professionals.

Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of our network, cloud, and testing solutions

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions

Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring their needs are fully addressed

Actively participate in the development of solution proposals, including the creation of technical architectures and specifications

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in network, cloud, and software testing

Assist in the delivery of proof-of-concept demonstrations and pilot projects

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes and tools

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role, preferably in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry

Strong technical expertise in network, cloud, and software testing technologies, including in-depth knowledge of protocols, architectures, and industry standards

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business solutions

Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to successfully close deals and deliver client satisfaction

Ability to quickly grasp and understand new technologies, products, and services

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
