Vocational Class Assistant

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
• Able to assist students in vocational, practical, and life-skills activities.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and able to work with students with different abilities and needs.
• Able to provide appropriate support while encouraging student independence.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and follow individualized learning strategies and instructions from the Vocational Teacher.
• Able to assist with classroom preparation, student activities, and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Special Education Assistant, Shadow Teacher, or similar role is an advantage.
