Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide daily technical support for both hardware and software-related tasks. Assist in the integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of technical equipment. Help manage and maintain the company’s inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Conduct pre-deployment testing of systems and record test outcomes. Report technical issues and follow up on resolutions. Participate in the setup and installation of systems at client locations. Offer on-site technical support during installations and events to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field. Basic hands-on experience with electronics, wiring, or hardware/software setup (academic or personal projects count). Strong eagerness to learn and grow in a practical, fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for installations and events.
