Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Executive plans and manages daily delivery operations, coordinates drivers, supports on-ground activities, and ensures timely, efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange daily delivery jobs and optimize routes to ensure efficient operations
• Deploy and coordinate drivers to meet daily delivery schedules and operational needs
• Manage and support delivery operations on the ground to maintain smooth execution
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to planned schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize disruptions
• Communicate effectively with drivers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate activities
• Monitor daily performance metrics and enforce service standards to meet client expectations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid driving license to operate company vehicles safely and legally
• Hold a minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Demonstrate at least 1–2 years of experience in delivery operations or logistics
