Quality Control Specialist — Apparel

Inspect garments during different stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct in-line and final inspections of finished garments. Identify and report defects related to fabric, stitching, measurements, finishing, and workmanship. Ensure that production meets approved samples, measurements, and quality requirements. Follow up on quality issues with the production team and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain accurate quality inspection records and prepare quality reports. Monitor production processes to minimize defects and maintain consistent product quality. Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall quality performance.

5–7 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.

Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.

Strong knowledge of garment defects and quality inspection procedures.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Relevant educational background is preferred.
