Job Summary Achieve sales targets and support business development by managing customer relationships, following up on sales enquiries, and collecting market information to drive sales growth. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities Support the department head in planning and monitoring business development activities to align with sales goals Follow up on sales enquiries and suggestions to finalize sales agreements efficiently Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and satisfaction Develop new customers by identifying and engaging potential prospects Collect and report market information on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to inform sales strategies Submit weekly reports detailing phone calls made and customer visits conducted to track sales efforts Verify order settlements to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment Build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and associations to expand business networks Assist the manager by completing assigned tasks to support overall department objectives
