Full stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the migration of a critical web application from Windows servers to a target application server hosted on Red Hat Linux , and subsequently provide development and maintenance for both the web layer and Oracle backend components post-migration. This role includes system integration, UAT/OAT support, defect resolution, production readiness , and ongoing enhancements in PL/SQL and scripting for data handling and automation .

This two-phase role is crucial for ensuring smooth migration completion in 2026 and delivering high-quality application development afterward.

Daily tasks

• Environment & Deployment Coordination
• Validate configuration and operational readiness of UAT environments on Red Hat Linux
• Support installations in OAT and Production (deployment preparation, cutover readiness, post-go-live validation)
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving logs, services, configurations, and permissions
• Testing & Defect Resolution
• Support functional, technical, and regression testing in UAT and OAT phases
• Debug and resolve issues discovered during user acceptance and operational acceptance testing
• Contribute to release stability and operational resilience prior to go-live
• Documentation & Collaboration
• Maintain technical documentation for deployment steps, configurations, and known workarounds
• Work closely with developers, testers, infrastructure, release, and operations teams to execute migration successfully
• Develop web functionality using Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, HTML, JSP
• Create and optimize data pipelines into Oracle database with PL/SQL
• Build automation scripts for data checks, logging, and process monitoring in Shell scripting on Linux
• Perform defect resolution, incident handling, and small-scale enhancements for Oracle PL/SQL and web components
• Deliver secure, efficient, and well-documented code following group standards

Requirements

Technical Skills (Required)

Web: Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, JSP

Database & Backend: Oracle PL/SQL, Linux Shell scripting

DevOps: GitHub, Ansible; experience in deployment and troubleshooting in Linux environments

Strong experience debugging configuration and runtime issues on Red Hat Linux

Familiarity with test-driven migration processes and ability to support regression testing

Deliverables Expected Migration:

UAT defect fixing and sign-off support

OAT installation and testing support through sign-off

Production deployment readiness and go-live assistance

Technical documentation for configuration, deployment, and operational guidance

Development:

New Oracle database pipelines via PL/SQL

Linux shell scripts for automation, logging, and operational monitoring

Defect resolution and performance tuning for application components

What You Bring

Proven experience as Full Stack Developer handling both web application migration and backend development

Strong ability to troubleshoot Linux-based environments and automate tasks via scripting

Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in global teams

Problem-solving mindset and capability to work under strict timelines for go-live readiness

Nice to Have

Experience in data quality frameworks and ETL processes

Familiarity with release management and runbook preparation

Understanding of performance optimization techniques for Oracle and application servers
