VALET

JOB TITLE: Valet Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for safely receiving, parking, securing, and retrieving guest vehicles. Assists guests with loading and unloading luggage, opens vehicle doors, and provides directions or basic hotel information as needed. Maintains proper care and organization of vehicle keys and valet tags, and coordinates with Bell and Front Office teams to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the valet area and reports any vehicle or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Valid driver's license
• Preferably with previous driving, valet, or hospitality experience preferred
• Preferably with knowledge of automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, courteous, and responsible
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
