Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

1. Conduct assessments of children’s communication, speech, and language abilities.
2. Develop individualized speech therapy intervention plans based on identified needs.
3. Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate evidence-based methods.
4. Coach and provide practical strategies to parents and teachers to support communication at home and school.
5. Monitor, document, and report children’s progress; perform regular reviews and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

1. D3/D4 in Speech Therapy (Terapi Wicara) or a closely related field; valid STR (Therapist Registration Certificate).
2. Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and clear documentation.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team.
4. Fresh graduates welcome; clinical/school-based experience is an advantage
