Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained according to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

Clean windows, doors, furniture, and fixtures

Refill supplies such as soap, tissue paper, and sanitizers

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Support deep-cleaning and special cleaning tasks when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals

Ability to follow instructions and schedules

Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods

Attention to cleanliness and detail

Honest, punctual, and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a janitor, cleaner, or housekeeping staff

Experience in office, hospital, school, or commercial facilities

Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards

Work Conditions

May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts

Indoor and outdoor cleaning responsibilities

Standing and physical activity throughout the shift
