Job requirements

Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.

Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.

Good communication skills, spoken and written English.

Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Job functions

Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.

Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.

Be able to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.

Communicate with guest and be able to answer all queries.

Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.

Prepare hot and cold drinks.

Handle sales transactions.

Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.

Keeping track of supplies for both front and back of house, liasing with all suppliers.
