Operational Specialist – Live Ops (B2B)

- Monitor live B2B orders and push warehouses to acknowledge & prep without delay
- Call customers to confirm order details and delivery preferences
- Track shipments against SLA (Cairo/Giza: 1-2 days | other governorates: 3-4 days)
- Resolve courier issues — failed deliveries, address problems, delays
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to unblock bottlenecks and drive process improvement
- 1-2 years in logistics, operations, or fulfilment coordination (e-commerce/FMCG a plus)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, order-heavy environment
- Sharp attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks
- Strong phone communicator with couriers, warehouses, and customers
- Comfortable splitting time between office and warehouse floor
- Nice to have: 3PL/courier experience in Egypt, last-mile delivery familiarity
