Head Accountant - UK Entity Global PE house HQ'd in NY with boutique entity in the UK Full-time in Office in Mayfair (with flex on ad-hoc basis) 9am-5pm Looking to take on a Finance professional in a stand-alone role to report directly to the Finance Function in the US. Complete ownership of the finance responsibilities for their UK entity from start to finish The Responsibilities: Production of month-end and year-end financial information Prepare and post month-end journals Complete month-end processes, producing month end reports through to trial balance Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns Process monthly payroll Maintain and reconcile sales and purchase ledger Annual tax returns The Requirements: Qualified or QBE Accountant Several years owning a finance function in a relatively small environment Capable of working autonomously Knowledge of Sage Intacct a benefit We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
