E&I / Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Chemical / Petrochemical Plant
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical, instrumentation and control system maintenance activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.
- Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems such as motors, control panels, PLC, DCS, HMI, sensors, transmitters, analyzers and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot plant equipment issues to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, calibration and modification works.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, contractors and vendors on maintenance activities.
- Support plant shutdown, turnaround and improvement projects when required.
- Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, environmental and company requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, service records and technical documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
- Relevant experience in electrical, instrumentation, E&I or plant maintenance.
- Candidates from chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, terminal, refinery, process plant or manufacturing background are welcome.
- Knowledge of PLC, DCS, HMI, sensors, transmitters, analyzers, control panels or electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Experience in troubleshooting, calibration, commissioning, SAP or CMMS will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
