*Job description*

The ideal candidate will have construction / Real Estate accounting background, be detailed oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills. Having experience using real estate accounting software is an asset.

*Duties*:

• Prepare year-end working paper files and draft financial statements for external accountants review
• Prepare corporate tax returns

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Work from office role

*Experience*:

• Construction / Real Estate Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Familiarity and working knowledge with construction accounting software. Experience with REMS, Yardi Gemini, Yardi Voyager an asset.
• Accounting designation is an asset but not required
• Basic knowledge of preparing corporate taxes using Taxprep software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
