Project Development Manager

Duties/Responsibilities: · Able to speak, write and speak mandarin. · Leading project planning sessions. · Coordinating staff and internal resources. · Managing project progress and adapt work as required. · Ensuring projects meet deadlines. · Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Designing and signing off on contracts. · Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. · Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review. · Designing risk mitigation plan. · Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff. · Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. · Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects. · Securing growth opportunities and ini . Managing large and diverse teams Required Skills/Abilities: . Superior people skills in managing key-accounts/stakeholders, including senior individuals. . Process-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills, demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks under deadline with minimum supervision. . Strong sense of responsibility and confidence and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment is essential. Education and Experience: · Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent. · At least 10 years relevant experience in PLC & Scada application, networking setup, instruments and troubleshooting in hardware. · Experience in Allen Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, Wonderware and Citect.
