Resource and Material Management Check and verify delivery of materials to ensure accuracy and quality Oversee proper use of equipment and implement measures to minimize material wastage Maintain accurate records of material stock, manpower, and equipment usage for effective resource management

Quality Control Inspect and approve construction works at various stages to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify and resolve technical discrepancies or defects to uphold project integrity Ensure all works comply with building codes and regulatory standards

Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed daily and weekly site progress reports to track project status Maintain comprehensive site diaries, inspection checklists, and incident records for documentation accuracy Support the project manager in preparing and submitting required documentation to authorities
