Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider.

This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.

What will your responsibilities be?

Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school

Supervise and support junior therapists

Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans

Collaborate with senior education and care staff

Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews

Drive service development and uphold clinical standards

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Degree in Occupational Therapy

HCPC registration

Minimum 5 years’ experience in paediatric or SEN settings

Proven leadership and supervision experience

Advanced knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic models

Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
