About the Role Reporting to the Team Manager, you will lead and support a small team of social workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This is a non-caseholding role focused on delivering high-quality supervision and ensuring best practice in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.

Requirements

Degree in Social Work

Active registration with Social Work England

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
