Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Mental Health Location: Sheffield (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker for its client's Mental Health team based in Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
Undertaking social care assessments and delivering timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge
Some mental capacity assessments, BI decisions and safeguarding as required
Understanding of Section 117, Attending 117 meetings, ward rounds, professional meetings
Participation in duty rota

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
