Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain luxury brand visual standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals in Singapore. Responsibilities Deliver warm, professional customer service by responding to enquiries and feedback with a problem-solving mindset Create and maintain engaging product displays and visual merchandising that reflect luxury brand standards Manage daily inventory operations including stock replenishment, tracking, and accurate sales reporting Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and foster a positive retail environment Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage with diverse customer profiles Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior work experience in a retail environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through customer interactions Positive, resourceful, responsible team player with proven problem-solving capabilities Other Information Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) due to workforce development and local quota requirements
