BIM Coordinator

Job Description Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards for projects. Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP, to ensure accuracy and consistency. Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with project requirements. Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Support the BIM Manager in managing project deliverables, submissions, and BIM-related documentation. Ensure all BIM data and models comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support on BIM-related matters. Maintain and organize BIM files, models, and project data for easy access and version control. Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams on BIM usage and model interpretation. Any other duties as assigned by the HOD. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction related fields. HDB or residential project experience will be preferred.
