Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on how to use our products effectively.
• Customize: Adapt training programs to meet the unique needs and skill levels of different customer groups.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to ensure customers are confident and proficient in using our products.
• Develop: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
• Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from customers to continuously improve training programs and materials.

Kualifikasi yang Diperlukan (Required Qualifications): Minimal pendidikan D3 atau S1 dari semua jurusan Pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai Trainer, Merchant Support, Account Managenet, atau posisi sejenis. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Point of Sales (POS), Accounting Systen, MRP System, IT Basic & jaringan. Kemampuan komunikasi & presentasi yang sangat baik.
