Business Process Improvement Manager
We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to support the setup and growth of a new business operation. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, improve and implement scalable business processes, systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and improve end-to-end business processes across operations, supply chain, purchasing, finance, quality and IT.
- Develop As-Is / To-Be process maps, SOPs, workflows and responsibility matrices.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks and operational risks and drive practical improvements.
- Support business readiness and implementation of new processes and ways of working.
- Partner with IT and business teams on ERP/system implementation, UAT, go-live and stabilisation.
- Develop KPIs and use operational data to monitor process performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive actions through to completion.
- Support change management, user training and process adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, transformation, operations or ERP projects.
- At least 2–3 years leading cross-functional process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process documentation, problem solving and implementation.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on, practical and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, manufacturing operations, new business setup or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
