Your tasks

Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Port Harcourt involves managing workflows, optimizing processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams including creative, production, and administrative staff. The role includes monitoring resource allocation, supporting budgeting and cost control, tracking performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Head of Operations will also collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, risk management, and operational policies to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and project coordination.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, identifying operational issues, and recommending improvements.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder alignment, and effective coordination across teams.
• Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to support efficient studio operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in media, animation, or film production environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
