Key Responsibilities

Develop New Business Take initiative in generating new opportunities through outreach efforts such as cold calling, attending networking events, leveraging referrals, and executing targeted prospecting strategies. Build and manage a healthy pipeline while consistently moving prospects through the sales cycle.

Evaluate Needs & Recommend Solutions Perform on-site visits and consultations to assess HVAC systems, understand client challenges, and identify budget considerations. Propose tailored solutions that align with both operational goals and technical specifications.

Prepare & Deliver Sales Proposals Create clear and detailed estimates, proposals, and agreements outlining scope, costs, and project timelines. Confidently present recommendations, respond to questions, and communicate value effectively.

Coordinate with Internal Teams Work closely with estimating, operations, and field personnel to ensure accurate project scoping, competitive pricing, and smooth execution. Share insights that help enhance overall service delivery.

Maintain Strong Client Relationships Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales process. Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

Reach Sales Targets Demonstrate consistent performance by meeting or exceeding established revenue goals through strategic planning and client engagement.

Stay Current in the Industry Keep up with evolving HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor activity to strengthen your knowledge and maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

At least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and service processes

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Highly self-driven with a results-oriented approach

Experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for client visits

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders
