Accountabilities: The Travel Specialist will support customers by providing expert guidance, promoting travel protection solutions, and delivering a high-quality experience throughout every interaction. Responsibilities include:

Selling and promoting a range of travel insurance products to meet customer needs.

Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective clients.

Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals, concerns, and individual requirements.

Providing clear product education and recommending appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional, responsive, and value-focused communication.

Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets and performance objectives.

Handling customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and effective problem-solving.

Maintaining accurate records and following established processes to support customer and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building trust, achieving results, and working in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications and skills include:

Experience in a sales-focused role, with travel industry experience considered an asset.

Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, performance metrics, or customer service targets, ideally within a contact center environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and objection-handling abilities.

Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and remain professional under pressure.

Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality experiences.

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.

Willingness to obtain an Accident & Sickness and Life License by successfully completing the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and required examinations.
