Accountabilities: The Specialist, Email and Website Management will oversee digital communications execution by managing email campaigns, website updates, and performance improvements across multiple audiences. Key responsibilities include:

Planning, building, testing, deploying, and optimizing email marketing campaigns from initial concept through performance analysis.

Managing email marketing calendars to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule.

Applying email marketing best practices, including segmentation, accessibility, responsive design, deliverability, and engagement optimization.

Maintaining and updating website content through content management systems to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.

Supporting website launches, blog publishing, campaign updates, and digital content improvements.

Collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate priorities and manage multiple requests.

Providing recommendations on digital best practices, timelines, and campaign execution strategies.

Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Using data and insights to refine future campaigns and support informed digital marketing decisions.

Continuously improving processes, tools, and workflows to enhance digital communications operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented digital marketing professional with strong email marketing expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Required qualifications and skills include:

Hands-on experience planning, creating, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, accessibility, responsive design, deliverability, and performance tracking.

Experience managing website content using content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with HTML and digital content management is considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished digital content.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Proactive, resourceful mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Motivation to use digital marketing expertise to support meaningful community-focused initiatives.
